Connect Yahoo Mail
Connect your Yahoo Mail mailbox with an app password over IMAP and SMTP. Mailera tests the login before saving, so you know right away whether the mailbox works.
Connection steps
Mailera also shows these instructions next to the input field when you add a Yahoo Mail mailbox.
- Sign in to Yahoo → Account info → Account security.
- Select “Generate app password”, enter “Mailera” as the name, then click Generate.
- Paste the 16-character password into the field beside this guide.
What you need
No extra preparation needed
Note Yahoo does not require enabling IMAP separately. Each app password is for one app only.
