Connect Outlook and Microsoft 365
Connect personal Outlook, Hotmail, or Live accounts, or work Microsoft 365 accounts, with Microsoft sign-in or bulk token import. Mailera reads and sends email messages through Microsoft Graph.
Connection steps
- In Mailera, select Add mailbox → Microsoft, sign in to your account, and grant permissions.
- For work Microsoft 365 accounts, an administrator may need to approve the app before employees can connect.
- Have multiple mailboxes? Paste one line per account in the format email:password:refresh token:Client ID into Import tokens to add them in bulk.

Mailera has no official sending limit figures for Outlook. Send at a typical user's pace.
