About
All your team's Microsoft mailboxes, in one place.
Mailera is for teams working with dozens to thousands of Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at once: read, organize, move messages out of Spam, share and integrate via API, without signing in to each mailbox.
Why Mailera exists
When a team manages many mailboxes, small tasks become a burden: signing in to each account, missing important messages in Junk Email, sharing passwords over chat so others can help, and having no way for internal systems to read messages automatically.
Mailera brings those mailboxes into one workspace with clear permissions, receives new messages as soon as Microsoft notifies us, and exposes every action through a REST API for developers.

What Mailera does
Connect
Add mailboxes with Microsoft sign-in (OAuth) or bulk import tokens. Mailera refreshes tokens automatically and lets you know when you need to reconnect.
Unified inbox
Read, search, reply to and organize messages from every mailbox on one screen. Spot messages in Junk Email and move them out individually, in bulk or with rules.
Teams and sharing
Separate workspaces, groups and Admin, Leader, Member roles. Share a mailbox or message through a password-protected link with an expiration date.
API and webhooks
REST API with OpenAPI and llms.txt documentation, scoped API keys, and HMAC-signed webhooks for new messages or status changes.
Our product principles
- 01
Store as little as possible
Only messages from the last 30 days are retained. Full content is cached only when someone opens a message; attachments are fetched directly from Microsoft.
- 02
Clear permissions
Every action is checked on the server against group and role permissions. Microsoft tokens are encrypted and never sent to the browser.
- 03
Honest about limits
Message delivery speed depends on Microsoft, and IMAP-only mailboxes cannot sync yet. We state these limits clearly rather than overpromise.
- 04
Open to developers
Every action in the app has a corresponding API, with documentation readable by both people and AI.
