Each workspace is a separate space. Organize mailboxes into groups, assign roles and invite members by link.

Sync
New email arrives with Microsoft notifications.
When Microsoft reports a new message, Mailera fetches that exact message right away. Backup scans run based on each mailbox's activity.
- Every 5 minutes for mailboxes currently open
- Every 30 minutes for mailboxes active in the last 7 days
- Every 6 hours for quiet mailboxes
Delivery speed also depends on Microsoft, so Mailera does not guarantee that messages appear instantly.
