Connect Mail.com

Connect your Mail.com mailbox with an app password over IMAP and SMTP. Mailera tests the login before saving, so you know right away whether the mailbox works.

Connection steps

Mailera also shows these instructions next to the input field when you add a Mail.com mailbox.

  1. In Mail.com: Email Settings → POP3 & IMAP → enable access via POP3 and IMAP, then save.
  2. If 2-step verification is enabled: create an app password under Security. Otherwise, use your Mail.com password.
  3. Enter the password in the field beside this guide.

What you need

  • Enable IMAP in settings
  • Account plan includes IMAP
  • Account password can be used

Note Some free Mail.com plans do not include IMAP; you will need to upgrade in that case.
