What Mailera doesn't do
To keep your mailboxes safe and compliant with provider policies, there are things Mailera doesn't do — on any plan.
Bulk email
Mailera sends individual messages from your actual mailboxes, within provider limits. There are no campaign or mailing list tools.
Mailbox warmup
Mailera doesn't automatically exchange messages between mailboxes to boost sender reputation.
Create new mailboxes
Mailera doesn't create email accounts. You connect mailboxes you already own or are authorized to manage.
Free plan FAQ
Is Mailera really free?
Yes. Mailera currently only offers the Free plan, with no fees and no credit card required at signup.
What if I need more mailboxes than the limit?
Contact us with the number of mailboxes you need and how you plan to use them. The current limit keeps sync reliable for every workspace.
Contact usWhat happens if I exceed 300 calls per minute?
The API returns status code 429 with a Retry-After header indicating how many seconds to wait. The agent waits, then retries. The MCP server shares this limit with the API.
Are there sending limits?
Yes — your email provider's own limits. For example, Gmail publishes a limit of 500 messages per day for personal accounts. Mailera uses published limits as caps and never automatically resends a message with an unknown status.
How is my data handled?
Recent messages are stored for fast search and reading; tokens and app passwords are encrypted. See the Security page and Privacy Policy for details.
Start with your first mailbox
Create a workspace, connect a mailbox, and create an API key — your agent can start reading messages in minutes.
